Joshua “Tucan” Hagenow was born in the 7 Cities of Virginia. (Portsmouth) He has traveled half way around the world twice resulting in 13 countries and 48 states. A U.S. Army Veteran of 10 years with two campaign stars and various other awards. A few of his major accomplishments are his associates degree and being bestowed a Kentucky Colonel.
Joshua entered the entertainment industry out of Fort Knox High School; Fort Knox, Kentucky. He took classes in Drama and Stagecraft during his Jr and Sr year. After graduation, the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center with Centerplate and Masterpiece Creations hired him. He then started off in the kitchen washing dishes for Chef Dan. Josh put in so many hours that the plates he scraped were the plates he ate. His drive was noticed and he was promoted through, up to Assistant Bar and Concessions Manager at the Kentucky International Convention Center under Mr. McAllister.
As a side job he worked as a stagehand for Local 17, working events such as the Police, Stone Temple Pilots, and various other events. This is where he learned lighting, sound, design, as well as setup and breakdown. He even took on modeling and acting and was scouted by Barbrizon, John Robert Powers, and Hollywood Auditions. Even landed a spot that would not come to fruition with the movie Elizabethtown, because his contract with the military sent him to Iraq.
He has even spent time on stage as a comedian, so he is no stranger to being in front of people or talking to a mass. This young man has been in and around the entertainment business for 15 years finally starting his own Prospect Empire Marketing and Management in 2013. He landed a distribution deal with Street Execs and has multiple publishing’s on mixtapes. To include getting a song he featured on published by Coke Boys Dj International Wig. (H2o)

2013 – Started the branding process for Prospect Empire Marketing and Management
2014 – Helped host Michael “5000” Watts and Lil Young of Swishahouse.

2015 – Received a distribution deal with Street Execs for the artist Dtslimmie
2015 – Featured on the song H2o with Dtslimmie and Jirou Street
2016 – Helped host Ginuwine and the Ice Kream Tour with Karlos Fahrar at Mesa Music Hall in El Paso, Texas
2017 – Received training as an A&R from January through June
2018 – Helped open up Club Hush.
2018 – Started at the Savannah Convention Center
